We do want to make wines with the full expression of the raw fruit . Our different cuvées are specifically made to be drunk easily, that is to say we do not look for excessive tanins or aromatic extractions.
We want our wines to please the palate through their plumpness and supleness in mouth. Wine is before all a product of tradition and conviviality. We also wish it can be a way to share emotions.
At last, we think of wines in comparing price to pleasure so that its savouring could be renewed frequently and not being too rare because of its price.
